Description

When defining a schema, it might be helpful to allow adding things to existing schemata.

For instance, if `optiq` defines `standard` schema with, well, some standard functions visible without schema qualification, then a client application might want to add things this "standard" schema.

For instance one might want to add not-yet-existing in `optiq` `to_char` function.

Current implementation of json schema (`ModelHandler`) just replaces a schema.
