Description

Enhance JDBC driver so Mondrian can connect. The JDBC URL should contain enough information for Optiq to create a schema that contains FoodMart data. (That information could be the URL of a config.json file, or just the name of a bootstrap class. TBD.)

Also add an Optiq dialect to Mondrian.
