[CALCITE-1138] Attach source release tarball to build

Description

The release steps involve copying the generated "apache-calcite-$VERSION-src.tar.gz" and zip file to dist.a.o for users to access when voting. We can attach this artifact to the build so that it will be automatically deploy to the ASF's Nexus server, removing a step for creating a release.

I think this should be as simple as introducing a new plugin to the release process (an example https://github.com/apache/accumulo/blob/master/assemble/pom.xml#L246-L266), but I'd need to test it out.
