Minor Description
According to http://old.nabble.com/-ANNOUNCE--Jakarta-BSF-3.0-released-p25839406.html , BSF 3.0 was final on or before October 09 2009, and the binaries available agree with this.
It would be nice if the News page http://jakarta.apache.org/bsf/bsfnews.html had a release announcement entry, as anyone arriving at this page might think otherwise that 3.0-beta3 was the latest release.
