Description

Pretty minor bug, but: https://github.com/apache/bookkeeper/blob/trunk/bookkeeper-server/src/main/java/org/apache/bookkeeper/conf/ServerConfiguration.java#L1182

specifies that there are 84600 seconds in a day, when there are in fact 86400. The default should be changed to to the correct value.
