Description

• All pom's in bigtop trunk right now refer to 0.5.0-SNAPSHOT. This should now be 0.6.0-SNAPSHOT
• bigtop.mk still refers to 0.5.0. This should be 0.6.0
• CHANGES.txt file still refers to 0.5.0 unreleased. That should be 0.6.0 (unreleased). This file also should be populated with changes that got included in BIGTOP 0.5.0. I don't know the best way to automate it so I am open to suggestions there.
