Description

ZooKeeper /usr/bin scripts are missing the ability to override a number of environment variables, e.g.
export ZOO_LOG4J_PROP=INFO,ROLLINGFILE
Which means that a user cannot override the logging level (for example) when attempting to debug an issue.
