      removing hbase-config.sh from the hbase init script is not enough.
      hbase-deamon.sh also gets called and it invokes hbase-config.sh

      Seems like bigtop detection of JAVA_HOME needs to happen earlier in the hbase init script.

      removes the unnecessary hbase-config.sh as well as adds
      bigtop-detect-javahome to the debian init scripts to be consistent with the RPMs.
