Description

The current version of Apache Apex used in bigtop is 3.3.0-incubating.

Apache Apex has graduated from incubation and has also a newer version is released: 3.4.0.

This tkt is to update bigtop to for Apache Apex to use 3.4.0 and remove traces of "incubating".
