Description

I would like to add qfs (https://quantcast.github.io/qfs) to the Apache BigTop distribution. This ticket will be used to track the overarching issues for this integration. Smaller tasks will be put inside subtasks on this issue.

My plan for now with qfs and bigtop is to do the following:

• Add the packaging code for Debian and RPM
• Add qfs puppet recipes
• Ensure all current tests work with qfs
• Run qfs tests with the BigTop Provisioner
• Add any necessary bigtop-specific smoke and integration tests for qfs

If there are any other tasks I should take care of, please let me know.
