[BIGTOP-1999] website link to the release bits is broken and points to the top-level mirror's directory

Description

As discussed in BIGTOP-1998 a similar thing needs to be done for the website, because the release links don't point to the Bigtop releases but rather to the top-level directory of the mirror sites.
