The bigtop.sh file is incorrect with respect to JAVA_HOME on centos
Do we care about 32-bit platforms? Probably not - just asking
And what's the use-case to remove JAVA6?
Looks good. If we're not going to make any other changes, it's good to commit.
32 bit: Big Data with 2Gb Limit .
What's the use-case to stick on JAVA6? Oracle Java6 cannot downloaded any more for production purposes, no security fixes any more.
The JAVA6_HOME isn't used anywhere in Bigtop any more.
Yeah, I hear you. Thanks for clarification.
Thanks Dasha Boudnik and Konstantin Boudnik. pushed to master.
Thanks Olaf Flebbe. One minor missing line here. I found a removed JAVA7_HOME reference at https://github.com/apache/bigtop/blob/85d9001ddea9cdf9ed1d72b9c828117d791ae800/bigtop_toolchain/files/jenkins.sh.centos#L22
