[BIGTOP-1290] Zookeeper build is failing on Ant 1.9.3

Description

Ant 1.9.3 is choking with ZK build as api diff's external URLs are broken (as explained here).

With Ant 1.9.3 installed on a dev machine the build won't be able to proceed. It might not be an issue with current bigtop_toolchain, but I have already stepped on it a couple of times in different environments.
