Description

During the build of Hadoop 2.3 for 0.8.0 I've noticed that some of the trash files are getting picked up. Namely:

   /etc/hadoop/conf.empty/hadoop-env.cmd
   /etc/hadoop/conf.empty/mapred-env.cmd
   /etc/hadoop/conf.empty/yarn-env.cmd
   /usr/lib/hadoop/libexec/hadoop-config.cmd
   /usr/lib/hadoop/libexec/hdfs-config.cmd
   /usr/lib/hadoop/libexec/mapred-config.cmd
   /usr/lib/hadoop/libexec/yarn-config.cmd

We should make sure that resulting packages aren't polluted with this.
