service control generation produces ".jcx" files instead of ".java"

      Description

      The service control generator (ExtensionMaker) produces service controls with the .jcx file extension. For IDE friendliness, these should be produced as .java files.

        We have to revisit this issue after the V1 distribution. We need to make sure our build processes wont be affected by this change.

        Fixed in SVN 345023. The default file extension for the service control is now ".java" rather than ".jcx".

        Web service control DRTs still run correctly.
