beehive runtime deployment targets copy the four system control JARs

      Description

When calling <deploy-netui>, <deploy-wsm>, or <deploy-controls>, the four system control JARs (EJB, JMS, JDBC, and Web Services) are all copied into the destination directory.

Instead of pushing this functionality, we should allow builds to pull it so that we're not putting JARs that require EJB/JMS/etc into webapps on Tomcat (and other containers).

Fixed with SVN 170051. The system control JARs now need to be copied explicitly and the WSM JARs aren't copied with <deploy-netui>.

        Steel it for verification.

Verified with the m1rc2 distro and the v1m1 branch. The system controls jars are excluded from <deploy-netui> and the wms jars are not copied. There are seprate targets available to handle the deployment of these jars. Close.
