      Description

      Just suggesting from reading the ControlProvider.java code that only service objects whihc declaratively use controls have the CCC ensured. Perhaps service objects with class or method annotations for COntrolReferences should also ensure CCC.

        This should be moved past V1. It sounds like a new feature that we need to understand better.

        I agree that this is how it should work – would be great to be able to enable / disable use of the CCC.
