Critical Description
Need the following updates to assembly to support callbacks:
1. We need to generate an artifact based on a JCX-Impl pair which is one artifact per app rather than one artifact per module. This would become possible with an implementation of ControlAssemblyContext.EntAppModule and its factory (along the same lines as EJBAssemblyContext provides an implementation of ControlAssemblyContext.EJBModule).
2. ControlAssemblyContext needs to have an additional getName() method. For EJBAssemblyContext this should return the name of the EJB Module, for the new implementation of EntAppModule this should return the name of the app etc.
