Description

run_rc_validation.sh backup ~/.bashrc and ~/.m2/settings.xml but don't restore them properly. Extra exported parameters are left in ~/.bashrc and ~/.m2/settings.xml got overwritten.

We want to do backup only once and make the backup file name unique to prevent such problems.
