[BEAM-7794] DynamoDBIOTest is blocking forever

Description

It was reported in the mailing list that there is a problem in some environments with the test container. Until we can reproduce it maybe is a good idea to add the @Ignore annotation to the test class. (in the aws2 module probably too)
