Description

Currently Python AvroSource only updates progress at block boundaries.

Java SDK updates this within blocks as well: https://github.com/apache/incubator-beam/blob/master/sdks/java/core/src/main/java/org/apache/beam/sdk/io/BlockBasedSource.java#L208
