Description

With BEAM-5419 we will build multiple versions of the Flink Runner against different Flink versions. The new artifacts will lead to confusing names like beam-runners-flink1.5_2.11. I think it is time to drop the Scala suffix and just build against the most stable Flink Scala version.

Projects like Scio have the option to cross-compile to different Scala versions.
