Description

The permissions section has good content, but it's not easily browseable if you're looking for a specific thing (i.e. Slack permissions). We should refactor it into bullet points.

For permissions that require reaching out via email/Slack, we should link to some previous example. It lowers the barrier to entry if a new contributor can copy/paste some existing template.
