Description

If you create an unbounded pipeline that reads data from KafkaIO and there is not new information in the Kafka topic, The KafkaIO keeps logging infinitely a useless message:

[pool-1-thread-4] WARN org.apache.beam.sdk.io.kafka.KafkaIO - Reader-0: getWatermark() : no records have been read yet.
