Description

Euphoria to Beam translators sets coders to new `PCollections` automatically. Every new `PCollection` gets coder, some translators event sets coders event to  input `PCollection`'s. That is a trouble when any `Dataset`/`PCollection` is used as input to two or more operators. Set coders to all output `Pcollections` but not for input ones.
