Description

The Gradle 4.5.1 release notes mention two things of interest to us (along with a ton of other things):

1) Lower memory usage and better use of build caches (aka: faster builds)

2) Updates to gpg plugin to enable agent use - likely will be required if we eventually switch to using gradle for release builds.
