Description

Test that metrics are reported to Spark's metric sink.

Use InMemoryMetrics and InMemoryMetricsSinkRule similarly to the NamedAggregatorsTest which tests that aggregators are reported to Spark's metrics sink (Aggregators are being removed so this test should be in a separate class).

For an example on how to create a pipeline with metrics take a look at MetricsTest.
