Description

Unable to download/start Java Kata via Stepik.  

 

Let's get this fixed so that users can experience and learn from Java Katas.

Some suggestions for fixing ( what I think to be likely cause ) found in the bottom of the conversation found: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-14007
