Description

As a Beam Playground Contributor, I want to set the exact line where the interesting part of the example begins, so it is scrolled to it when the example opens in Playground.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The examples tag has the field that the line where the example needs to be scrolled to
• The field accepts only integers
• The field is mandatory
• The example is scrolled to the given line when it opens
