    Description

      We are leaking spanner databases in apache-beam-testing: https://console.cloud.google.com/spanner/instances/beam-test/details/databases?project=apache-beam-testing

      Most of the databases are pybeam-read and pybeam-write. I suspect these are getting leaked when Python PostCommits time out, which has been happening a decent amount recently.
