[Go SDK] Update side input handling in the direct runner

    Description

      The Go SDK's direct runner currently does not support handling windowed side inputs and mapping main input windows to side input windows. This should be added once BEAM-11087 is resolved.

       

      The direct runner also does not return multimap side inputs properly, this should be added upon completion of BEAM-3293.
