Description

Trigger phrase for a Jenkins test should match command to run the test via gradle (if possible). e.g. "./gradlew :release:runJavaExamplesValidationTask" as the trigger phrase for job_PostRelease_NightlySnapshot

We should also show the trigger phrase as part of the name in the Github UI hint. E.g. Java ("Run Java PreCommit") not Java KafkaIO Performance Test — Build finished.
