Description

In order to use Java UDFs along with ZetaSQL built-in functions, we will need the ability to split a single LogicalCalc into multiple Beam Calc nodes (BeamCalcRel and/or BeamZetaSqlCalcRel). We might use CalcRelSplitter as a starting point.
