Description

Documentation states that exactly-once semantics (EOS) is not supported on Flink:

Meanwhile, the feature appears to have been implemented in:

https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7991/files

This is very confusing for new/potential users, so worthwhile fixing IMHO.
