Description

The proprietary FlinkStreamingImpulse stopped working from 2.20.0 on. Fortunately, its functionality can now be realized via timers, e.g. https://github.com/mxm/beam/blob/d106f263e625e5d7c4f3848f16da301871f65142/sdks/python/apache_beam/testing/load_tests/pardo_test.py#L206.
