Description

When true is passed to the useCss parameter of the SVGGraphics2D constructor, the SVGCSSStyler converts the @font-family, @font-weight, etc. attributes on a <font-face> into a @style attribute. This is incorrect, since these attributes aren't presentation attributes, but attributes that correspond to the CSS font descriptor properties.
