Description

The CachedImageHandlerJPEGEncoder constructor should allow null as the second argument to indicate that the URL corresponding to the imageDir should be used in generated @xlink:href attributes. However, it is mistakenly used to construct a relative URL, resulting in attributes such as xlink:href="null/myimage.jpg" being created.
