[BATIK-800] Error rasterizing to JPG a SVG file with an embedded image

Description

I have a SVG file which was edited with inkscape 0.45 and inside the SVG file
I've inserted a basket.gif file, than I've placed the image under some path
elements and embeded the ALL images. I've than tied to obtain a new jpg file
with the command :

C:\batik-1.6>java -jar batik-rasterizer.jar "D:\CATALOG\The Air Canada Centre\th
eaircanada arena.svg" -m image/jpeg -q 0.99 -maxw 500 -maxh 500
and
C:\batik-1.7>java -jar batik-rasterizer.jar "D:\CATALOG\The Air Canada Centre\th
eaircanada arena.svg" -m image/jpeg -q 0.99 -maxw 500 -maxh 500

but the result with 1.6 was a partially broken image where the embeded image
was, and with 1.7 the converter crashed outputting the entire data for image
and than URL data in unsupported format or corrupt

I will try to add the files if somewhere is possible ! as attachement ... but
dont see that option now !
