Description

batik should provide a means to navigate anchors in SVG resources using
a keyboard, aka tabbing.

Whilst keyboard navigation is not part of the SVG1.1 spec, the other
native SVG browsers: Mozilla, Safari and Opera all do support keyboard
navigation.
