[BATIK-656] WMF to SVG text / image alignment issues

Description

There seems to be an issue with the WMF Transcoder which causes the text within
the SVG created to not line up with any graphics that are present.

I have some example WMF files which I am trying to convert to SVG (with their
SVG output), and you will see the problems straight away.

Also included is the source I am using to do the conversion.

As noted, I am using the SVN trunk version of Batik.
