in o.a.b.gvt.event.AbstractAWTEventDispatcher.java :
patch fixes 2 TODO's about 'sophisticated' boolean expression
change some Error to IllegalArgumentExc/UnsupportedOperationExc
cache the result of currentLockState in dispatchMouseEvent()
add one TODO for better listener-handling
remove trailing blanks
