Umlaut not rendered correctly in TTF composite glyph

    Description

      The dots in the rendering of ä,ö,ü,Ä,Ö,Ü are not correct, it should be two dots per glyph, not one. This bug is not the same as BATIK-1109, it has something to do with the x translation when constructing composite glyphs.
