[BATIK-1028] Seed 514 produces bad results

Description

When using 514 as the seed for the feTurbulence at the beginning of my filter, large square are produced in the output. This is not the desired result, and does not occur with other seeds. Firefox 16 does the same thing, but Opera 12 displays correctly. The attachment is a much sample that still demonstrates the error.
