Description

The xsd:integer simple type is being incorrectly serialized. Within the Param object, it is being stored as a 32bit integer, when it should be stored as a 64bit integer.

This problem is causing XSDElement and XSDElementNil testcases to fail on Windows, Linux and AIX.
