Description

I created stub using wsdl2c (distributed with 1.3 version) with -d adb option.
The deserialize function failed parsing if Response contains an item without namespace contained in an array.
I have fixed generated code substituting third parameter in axutil_qname_create with NULL value to the place of an empty string.
