Description

Provide correct configure options for samples in INSTALL file.

What we have now :

./configure --prefix=${AXIS2C_HOME} --with-axis2_util=${AXIS2C_HOME}/include/axis2-1.0
--with-axiom=${AXIS2C_HOME}/include/axis2-1.0

Should change to :

./configure --prefix=${AXIS2C_HOME} --with-axis2=${AXIS2C_HOME}/include/axis2-1.1
