    Description

In AXIS2 Java mustUndersatand header can be added to addressing headers by setting a client property. But in AXIS2C we can not set mustUnderstand header in client side. Since in some addressing scenarios mustUnderstand header is sent with addressing headers(which is optional) in client side it is better to have an option to set it.
