Description

This patch adds support for using an out-of-tree copy of Google Test Framework by using the --with-gtest=<path> configure flag, where <path> is the path to the Google Test source directory.

Note, this patch was developed on top of patches for AXIS2C-1684 and AXIS2C-1689, and as such those will need to be applied first. Otherwise this patch will need to be reworked to apply without them. Contact me if needed and I will rework this patch.
