Description

If one uses an axis2.xml file to specify libdir and servicesDir, a service will fail to properly load at invocation time because the messageReceiver class is assumed to be in a lib directory off an unspecified repo dir. In fact this shared library could be in any location but would typically be found in the same directory as "libDir" after make install.
