Hi,

 

i was getting too much time consumed by creating _service client and axis service when ever creating new instance of stub class in multi threaded environment and its happening very specific to stub class in production environment.

attached calculating  new instance of stub class  in seconds  and service client creation in java.

 

Could someone help me to understand and how to solve problem.
